If you would like to use your own shipping account with a preferred shipper, please feel free to indicate so in your order, so that we apply that when we process your order.
Tracking Numbers
We ship with tracking numbers 99% of the times to any location world-wide. A very few shipments have to be shipped without tracking because it is either too expensive or the postal service in that part of the world does not offer online tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
If for reasons of a defect in product purchased, we offer a 7 day money back policy. To file for an exchange or claim a refund, please email order@confero24.com and provide a detailed description of the problem.
We request you to test the item thoroughly before deciding to return it. In case you should eventually decide to return, please ensure to consider the following guidelines
- Customer pays return shipment cost
- Refunds are issued devoid of shipping charges, market fees (ex. ebay fees) and transaction costs (ex. Paypal fees), to the extent applicable
- Refunds are issued after returned item is confirmed received
